To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, which will be applied toward your final balance.
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards for your convenience.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans can change and kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
•Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in the loss of your deposit
•No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost
Repeated missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for all clients, we offer a 10-minute grace period.
•Arrivals within 10 minutes: your treatment will proceed as scheduled, though it may be slightly adjusted
•After 10 minutes: your treatment may need to be shortened
•After 15 minutes: your appointment may be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation
Full charges may still apply.
5. Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you experience any concerns with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
We are happy to offer adjustments where appropriate, at our discretion. Refunds are not typically provided.
6. Health & Safety
For your safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment.
We reserve the right to decline services where it may not be safe or suitable.
All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitised in accordance with strict hygiene standards.
7. Personal Belongings
While we take every care to provide a safe and welcoming environment, Primrose Nails cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
8. Children & Guests
To preserve a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all clients, we kindly ask that only those receiving treatment attend their appointment.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your appointment. Please note that expiry dates apply.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and comfortable environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour.

Your privacy is important to us. All client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for booking and service purposes.
